About us

Two pediatric nurses who kept getting the same question.

How do we get our crew ready for the calls involving kids? Little Life Savers Academy exists to answer it — with training built by people who work in pediatric critical care and teach EMS providers every week.

Rebecca has been a Pediatric Critical Care RN for 18 years. She is a co-chair of COPPER (Colorado Pediatric Emergency Readiness) and serves on the advisory council for COPECC (Colorado Pediatric Emergency Care Coordinator Program). She teaches at Denver Health Paramedic School and has been teaching pediatric EMS providers for over 8 years, building curriculums that blend pediatric expertise and EMS services together to ensure our kids are safe and healthy.

Co-Founder & Lead Instructor

Jen has been a pediatric nurse since 2010, and a hospital-based pediatric educator since 2014. She specializes in pediatric and neonatal content, with unique and creative methods of training. She has worked with EMS providers since 2015 all over the Rocky Mountain region, customizing content to the learners. She has been teaching pediatric content at Denver Health Paramedic School since 2020.

We empower healthcare professionals with limited access to neonatal and pediatric education, equipping them to care for newborn and pediatric patients with confidence and expertise.
